Trademarks

Most D2Hawkeye trademarks are on file with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. D2Hawkeye does not use or require the use of trademark legends or acknowledgements unless agreed to by both parties involved in the development of a specific business or legal contract.

Logos

The D2Hawkeye logo is reserved for use by licensees, partners and alliances under contract with D2Hawkeye. No other uses of the HP logo are permitted. When referring to the company name in formal documentation (i.e., annual reports, financial reports) the full name D2Hawkeye, Inc. is preferred. In informal references to the company in text, D2 may be used.

Products

All references to D2Hawkeye, D2 products, services and solutions must be accurate and never misleading in any way to customers or investors who read or hear the reference.
