Chris Kryder, M.D.
Chief Executive Officer
Chris is a Boston-based physician and entrepreneur. After twelve years of medical practice and medical group leadership at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, he became Chief Medical Officer of Mariner Health in 1995, which grew to a $1.2 billion organization by 1997. In 1998 Chris provided medical executive leadership to Telesis Medical Management, providing contracting and medical management services to large physician groups in selected U.S. markets.
Chris founded D2Hawkeye in July 2001, with a business plan to combine expertise in medical management with database programming and design, and build data mining tools to facilitate quality improvement and cost management.
Chris earned his B.A. (History) degree from the University of Buffalo, and his M.D. from Georgetown University. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency (Harvard Primary Care Tract) in 1984, and then earned an M.B.A. from the Sloan School at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Chris remains active as a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School, and is a lecturer on the faculty in the HST Medical Engineering and Medical Physics program at MIT.

Rudra Pandey, Ph.D.
Chief Operating Officer
Rudra has enjoyed a very successful career as both an entrepreneur and a technologist. He started as a business systems engineer and a database architect. He did extensive consulting with prestigious financial institutions, such as the World Bank, and with large health care organizations. At Fleet Bank, now Bank of America, he led a major business systems reengineering initiative which was an important component of their successful strategic acquisitions.
Prior to founding D2Hawkeye with Dr. Chris Kryder, Rudra founded the IT Experts Group in Kathmandu, Nepal. In three years this company grew from three to over forty systems engineers. It has recently merged with D2Hawkeye to become D2HawkeyeServices, the largest software company in Nepal.
Rudra is currently Chief Technology Officer of D2Hawkeye. He leads engineering research, development and quality control, and provides leadership to teams in Boston and Kathmandu. He is an evangelist in the medical management software arena. His innovative D2Hawkeye decision support design is now widely used to solve complex health care problems by many organizations all over the U.S.
Rudra holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Economics from Northeastern University, Boston.

Mohana Lohani is a seasoned manager with more than 15 years experience managing various international businesses. She was recently the Office Manager for VLS Systems, a Virginia based software consulting company where she was managing day to day operations of more than 150 employees. Earlier, she held various managerial positions at Nepal Indosuez Bank, now Nepal Investment Bank for 9 years.
She got her M.B.A. from Johnson and Wales University, Rhode Island in Management and Accounting. She also has a Masters in Economics from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
